    On February 1st, at approximately 15:00 UTC, Decisions experienced a 25-minute disruption due to a deployment issue from Azure DevOps. This was caused by unexpectedly corrupted assembly IL code. Upon a thorough examination and investigation of the logs, we found the issue, and redeploying the same build resolved it. We are collaborating with Azure DevOps to investigate the root cause and have initiated measures to enhance our deployment validation processes to prevent similar incidents. We regret any inconvenience caused and are dedicated to ensuring the reliability of our service.
