Status: Investigating Problem: Users cannot access objects in the Dictionary module. This is unexpected because the ACM rules contain an AllUsers rule which should grant access to the Dictionary module. Current Status: We suspect a security cache issue. To fix this, we created a support user via the CMS to force a cache refresh. We are currently waiting for the customer to confirm if this resolved the problem. Next Steps: If the issue persists, we will investigate a potential OI (Object Index) issue. In that case, a rebuild index may be required. Affected components App (Degraded performance)
