    We are investigating loading issues on our web application. As a result, some users might be getting errors when loading the web application. Please note that data processing and alerts are not affected by this incident.

    We have identified an issue with the web application and a new configuration is being deployed. Data endpoints are not affected by this incident, but some customers alerts might be delayed as a result of the underlying issue.

    The web application is fully available at this point, and alerts are also evaluated normally. We are continuing to monitor and verify full recovery.
