    The DataClover team performed a routine code deployment to implement new application features and enhancements. During the deployment, a conflict occurred with running processes resulting in database locks. This caused Service Pulse to become unresponsive. Users were unable to connect to the application during this time. Internal monitoring processes alerted the team of the issue within minutes of the deployment. The team was able to investigate and resolve the issue by 9:00 am.
