    We are investigating an issue impacting the Tekion service scheduling integration. All other service scheduling integrations are operating normally. We will provide updates here as they become available.

    Tekion has identified the root cause of the service scheduling integration issue and is working on a resolution. We will continue to monitor their progress and provide updates as they become available.

    We are continuing to work with Tekion to resolve the issue impacting service scheduling integration. We will share updates here once more information is available.

    Tekion seems to be responding successfully again. We have enabled Tekion integration back for a handful of dealerships and are currently monitoring. So far the DSH schedules page has been loading correctly and we have had successful autobookings too. If things continue to run smoothly, we will enable the rest of the Tekion dealerships this afternoon and send a follow up update.
