Dataclay experienced a notice incident on September 5, 2023 affecting Dashboard and API and 1 more component, lasting 5h 33m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We resolved this issue after identifying the cause. Initially, QUE went down due to a huge amount of read / write operations to the database. This overloaded both the API server and the database itself. We will be implementing updates in the future to mitigate operations where a huge number of read / write operations are invoked by end users. For now all systems are operating as expected.
