Starting at approximately 09:03 UTC on July 16, 2026, a subset of customers using Azure Databricks may be experiencing errors, timeouts, or failures when using AI Gateway, Databricks Apps, Jobs, Model Serving, Notebooks, and Serverless Compute. Affected activities include making requests through AI Gateway, running app workflows, creating or terminating compute clusters, and authenticating to workspaces. Symptoms • Errors or timeouts when using AI Gateway, Databricks Apps, Model Serving, or Notebooks • Failures or delays creating or terminating Serverless Compute clusters • Authentication failures preventing access to workspaces Recommendations No customer action is required at this time.
