Starting at approximately 4:12 UTC on June 24, 2026, a subset of customers using Azure Databricks may be experiencing degraded availability or errors with Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, AI/BI, and Jobs services. Customers may be encountering failures or elevated error rates when accessing or querying data assets, running jobs, or interacting with Unity Catalog resources. Symptoms • Errors or failures when accessing Unity Catalog resources such as tables, volumes, or metadata • Degraded availability or timeouts when running Databricks SQL queries or Jobs workloads • Failures or elevated error rates when using AI/BI features Recommendations No customer action is required at this time. Current Status We have identified degraded availability affecting Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, AI/BI, and Jobs services, and our teams are actively working with our cloud provider to investigate and confirm full resolution.
