Impact Summary Starting at 13 May 2026 23:15 UTC, customers using Databricks SQL, Lakeflow Jobs, Classic Compute, Unity Catalog, and Spark Connect Gateway in Azure westcentralus may experience failures and inability to access or run workloads. Symptoms Customers may observe: - Cluster creation failing or clusters remaining in a Pending state - SQL Warehouse queries failing or not starting - Job runs failing to execute - Unity Catalog operations returning errors - Workspace UI unresponsive or timing out Recommendations No customer action is required at this time. Our team is actively investigating with the cloud provider and working to restore normal service. Current Status Our engineering team is investigating a platform infrastructure issue in Azure westcentralus that has caused a broad service disruption. We have made initial progress and are continuing to work toward full restoration. We are aware of a cloud provider incident and are monitoring for impact.
