Thank you for your patience - we've resolved the agent connectivity issue. We have identified an issue causing the problem and have deployed a hotfix. We are continuing to monitor to ensure the hotfix has resolved the issue.

This incident has been resolved. After investigating, we've discovered that the issue was caused by the password rotation retry mechanism, after an offline agent came back online. We have temporarily disabled this feature while we work on an update to ensure the retry mechanism does not cause issues with agent connections.
