  1. investigating Jul 19, 2017, 12:12 PM UTC

We are aware that many clients are experiencing widespread outages with network connectivity. Clients connecting across our main internet feed do not seem to be affected. We are investigating the issue with our provider and will provide updates as we are able. Thank you for your patience as we work towards finding a resolution to these issues.

  2. identified Jul 19, 2017, 12:51 PM UTC

We are having an issue with BGP packets routing improperly from our secondary network back through our primary network. This is stopping connections. Anyone connecting through our primary network (PAIUnet via Zito) are not being affected. We are working to address this issue as quickly as possible.

The issue with packet routing has been addressed. We are monitoring this for now and will mark this incident resolved if no more issues are experienced this morning.

  4. resolved Jul 19, 2017, 01:52 PM UTC

We have confirmed with our provider that all issues have been addressed. At this point we are confident that all services are fully operational.
