Crossbeam experienced a major incident on April 20, 2021 affecting Web App (app.crossbeam.com) and API (api.crossbeam.com), lasting 8h 42m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Our authentication provider, Auth0, is reporting increased errors (https://twitter.com/auth0status) and some users may encounter issues logging in. We are monitoring the situation and will update when we hear back from them.

Some users are reporting that Auth0 is now letting them login. Auth0 has not reported that the issue has been universally resolved, but given these reports of successful logins, we have moved to a Partial outage.
