    The root cause of the problem was a memory issue with one of our database instances that affected some users. This resulted in failing read requests on our online platform and problems syncing RI. Write operations e.g. creating roasts in the RI, or cuppings were not impacted. Hence all data created was stored during the period. Knowing the root cause, we are able to put additional measures in place that will prevent that from happening again in the future.
