From 09:59 UTC to 10:07 UTC, calls to our API encountered a higher level of 500 Server Error responses than usual. This was due to a bug released at this time which was not caught by our automated tests or during code review. Once we were notified of the issue with the release, we initiated a rollback, which took about 7 minutes to roll out. We will be improving our test suite and adding better error handling in this area.
