Is Crelate down?

We’re aware of an ongoing incident with our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure) affecting their service operations. As a result, a subset of users may experience intermittent errors, slower load times, or brief connection failures when accessing Crelate. The majority of Crelate functionality remains available and unaffected due to our redundant infrastructure. Microsoft has identified a likely cause and is actively mitigating. We are monitoring closely and will update this page as the situation develops. No action is required on your end. If issues persist, a page refresh or retry will typically resolve them.

Earlier today, our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure) experienced a regional networking issue in that caused intermittent errors and slower response times for many of their customers. Microsoft traced it to a network maintenance change and rolled it back, with their services fully recovered by 12:41 PM PT. We monitored Crelate throughout the incident and for the remainder of the day, and everything is operating normally. No customer action is required. Thanks for your patience.
