    We are investigating an issue with Apple Pay at checkout. Since 13 October 2026, 20:00 UTC, most Apple Pay payments fail before they are processed. Customers who try again with a card or Google Pay can complete their purchase. Customers are not charged for the failed Apple Pay payments. We are working on a fix and will post an update here. For the time being we have disabled Apple Pay payments.

    Resolved: Apple Pay at checkout Apple Pay works again at checkout. Apple Pay payments succeed again since 07:20 UTC. Cause: a downstream issue that followed a move between Apple Pay registration types. It made most Apple Pay payments fail from 13 October, 20:00 UTC. We re-registered the affected domain, and this fixed it. A small number of merchant custom checkout domains still need the same fix. We are fixing them today. Card and Google Pay work on all domains. No customer was charged for a failed Apple Pay payment. Card payments, Google Pay and subscription renewals were not affected.
