We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents users from connecting their personal Instagram accounts to our app. This issue does not affect Instagram Business or Creator accounts. 2. resolved Sep 26, 2024, 02:48 PM UTC

The incident which prevents users from connecting personal Instagram accounts to CoSchedule is a permission Instagram has decided to remove from 3rd party applications like CoSchedule. If CoSchedule users are attempting to connect a new personal Instagram account OR reconnect an existing account, this will not be supported. Business or Creator accounts are not impacted and will continue to be supported. We recommend personal Instagram profiles be converted to a Business or Creator account by following instructions provided by Instagram here: How to setup a creator account on Instagram: https://help.instagram.com/2358103564437429 How to setup a business account on Instagram: https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522
