Thank you for your patience while we investigated and resolved this issue. A small number of customer domains were impacted by a change to our DNS service. During this time, some users may have experienced DNS errors when accessing the Convertr dashboard, or noticed delays in lead processing. These issues have now been fully resolved, and services are operating normally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
