Google Cloud experienced a major service disruption between 10:51 - 18:18 12 June 2025 PDT. Their incident page is available here: https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/ow5i3PPK96RduMcb1SsW Service has now returned to normal. Converlens core services were not directly impacted by this, in respect of our application servers, databases, and other application infrastructure remained running, and our engineers were able to access and confirm status. Our automated status checks also all remained green during this time, reporting no issues. However we had multiple reports from customers being unable to connect to Converlens domains during this period, reporting what appeared to be routing and network access errors, which appeared to prevent connections to the running Converlens services. Google have yet to provide further information about this incident or a post-mortem, however all services have since been restored.
