During the timeframe between ~4:00-4:12pm Eastern Continu received reports of the inability to sign-in while using SSO/SAML based authentication. This issue manifested for users using both Google & OKTA authentication methods. Reported issues were identified by the Engineering team as the result of a recent infrastructure security change. The Engineering team is continuing to monitor the resolution.
