    We experienced a short-duration error state in our database systems earlier, which have resulted in a situation, where a small subset of devices incorrectly have been instructed not to sample data in a period from around 2025-06-12T20:45:00Z to 2025-06-13T00:04:00Z (UTC time). This only affects a very small subset of devices. if you see a hole in the data for this period, you are affected by this issue. Otherwise not. As the devices were instructed not to sample data in the period, it is unfortunately impossible for us to re-create the data. We have identified the underlying issue and are currently updating our systems to ensure that it cannot happen again. We sincerely apologize for any issues this might entail.
