As of 10:00am CT there are no known workarounds for this issue. We will post regular updates to this page as we continue our investigation. Mar 3, 22:59:09 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We have identified a potential fix for BlueSnap customers unable to transact. We are currently implementing this change and will monitor the update overnight. Mar 4, 22:03:49 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Our Development Team has identified additional updates that are being applied to the ConnectBooster Portal. These updates will continue to apply throughout the remainder of the day. We plan on providing an additional update by 10am on 3/5/2024\. While some customers are reporting successful transactions processing between BlueSnap and ConnectBooster, we have isolated reports that autopay and syncing are still failing.
