    Between 01:22 and 05:50 UTC on October 13, our hosting platform, Microsoft Azure, experienced storage issues due to increased resource usage. During this time, some Cognito Forms customers may have experienced difficulties accessing our website and/or forms. Currently, services should be back up and running for all Cognito Forms customers.
