Microsoft has provided an update. They are putting measures in place to mitigate this issue and rolling out the fix by regions. Depending on your region, you may no longer experience any issues. They anticipate this issue will be resolved around 6:30 PM EST. Microsoft has released a fix for this issue. You should be able to use your forms and log in to Cognito Forms as expected. We will continue monitoring this and provide any other updates if needed.
