There’s a problem with our certificate provider (Sectigo), which is currently unable to create new certificates for some customers trying to start a trial subscription. As a result, new users attempting to sign up for our server-side or combo-mode service won’t be able to complete the setup process until the issue is resolved. All existing subscriptions for existing Customers are unaffected. Signatures are being added as normal. We're monitoring the situation. The issue seems to be resolved, even though our certificate provider hasn't officially confirmed it yet. Our telemetry shows that all certificates are now being issued correctly. All affected customers should no longer experience any problems. Our Support Team will contact each impacted customer to ensure everything is running smoothly. As always, we will continue to monitor the service 24/7/365.
