Update timeline

  1. investigating Apr 06, 2023, 09:27 AM UTC

We are currently investigating a problem with the availability of the Manage Signatures App (app.codetwo.com). Some users in North Central US might be unable to access this app to manage signature and autoresponder rules. All existing rules and mail flow are fully operational, which means all signatures are imprinted normally. Next update will be provided within 30 minutes.

  2. investigating Apr 06, 2023, 09:34 AM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this problem. We can see that some Admin Panel features are also temporarily unavailable. Signatures are imprinted normally.

  3. identified Apr 06, 2023, 09:44 AM UTC

There is an issue with the availability of Microsoft Azure resources in this region. We will now try and restore the services in another region inside the US until the problem is resolved by Microsoft. All signatures are imprinted normally, and there will be no downtime during the process of switching to secondary services.

  4. monitoring Apr 06, 2023, 10:16 AM UTC

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

  5. resolved Apr 06, 2023, 10:45 AM UTC

This incident has been resolved. The affected services have been successfully activated in the South Central US region. They will automatically switch back to North Central US when Microsoft fixes the problem with Azure resources there. Signatures were imprinted normally during the course of the incident. All services are now operational.
