We are currently investigating this issue. Some emails sent from users in this region might be delayed because of Microsoft Azure issues (degraded performance of Azure scaling capabilities and Exchange Online Protection availability issues). Email signatures are added correctly. We're currently forcing failover services and investigating the problem with Microsoft.

Failover services are also affected by degraded performance of Azure services in North Central US, yet we see that switching to these failover services helped to decrease email processing times. It looks like the email queues for end-users in this region should be gone soon. All signatures are added correctly. All other services are healthy.
- resolved Apr 04, 2024, 02:41 PM UTC
All services are fully operational now. We will keep actively monitoring this region to make sure everything runs smoothly. We'll provide more info about the incident later when we discuss the problem with Microsoft. If you have any questions, please reach out to CodeTwo Support directly. Please accept our apologies for this problem - we're upset as well :( We'll do our best to make sure we can avoid similar issues in the future.
