    The carrier has informed us that they have identified the issue and are working on implementing a fix. As soon as we have any updates, they will be shared accordingly.

    Optus has confirmed - the network has now been restored, and customers should now be back online. We know that customers rely on our network, which is why the whole team at Optus has been working hard to fix this. If you aren’t back online, please restart your handset or device.
