    Status: Identified We are experiencing capacity constraints for new workloads on GCP us-east1. Currently running and created instances are not affected. Affected components us-east1 (Degraded performance)

    Status: Identified Capacity constraints of GCP us-east1 region do not allow to allocate more instances in the region. We are working with a cloud provider to resolve capacity issues. Running services are working without issues, but new instance creation is disabled. Affected components us-east1 (Degraded performance)
