Our upstream service provider continues to work diligently on the issue impacting their network, which they have confirmed as an ongoing external attack. We continue to assess and assist. Resolved: Our upstream merchant service provider has resolved the network degradation issue. They are actively monitoring the situation to ensure ongoing stability. All systems and services are operational on our end. Credit card orders are processing as expected. As always, we will work closely with the provider on further root cause analysis and future prevention, as appropriate. Thank you.
