We identified a problem with our infrastructure which today led to an outage of mail delivery and backend availability. We are working on resolving the issue. Right now mailings could be delayed up to 2-3 hours. No mailings are canceled, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

We fixed the underlying issue and are monitoring the solution. All services are available again and delayed mailings are scheduled to be send as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We resolved the issue. A string of unfortunate events let to a lot of traffic in one of our key database services which led to a total outage of that database. We implemented some changes to prevent such events from happening in the future.
