    SecureX users that sign in via their Cisco Customer Identity (CCI) may not be automatically directed to the CCI sign-on form when they initially enter their email address on sign-on.security.cisco.com. Instead, the user is shown a password field. If the user attempts to sign in with a password, an error message is displayed: "Unable to sign in. Please verify that you have created your account..." We are actively working on a resolution, but as a workaround, to sign in to SecureX: • Click on "Other login options" • Then, click on the "Cisco" button
