Users may still intermittently experience failures or delay with workflows that require collecting inventory information such as claiming new devices or performing a rediscovery.

Monitor - Latency issues with Intersight inventory services have been resolved and are being monitored. If a device claim was performed during this incident period and inventory is not populated, unclaim and reclaim the device to force inventory update. For UCS Managed and Standalone Rack servers inventory will automatically retry every 24 hours. For devices in Intersight Managed Mode (IMM), you must unclaim and reclaim the device to populate inventory.

Latency issues with Intersight inventory services have been completely resolved. Steps have been taken to mitigate the risk of similar incidents in the future. If a device claim was performed during this incident period and inventory is not populated, unclaim and reclaim the device to force inventory update.
