AWS is experiencing elevated error rates for EC2 APIs . AWS has identified root cause and are actively working towards recovery. (https://status.aws.amazon.com/) Due to this issue new Workload Optimizer deployments may be unable to complete. We're continuing to monitoring for any impact with Intersight services.
