    We've identified a problem in sending & receiving messages for some customers. We're working on resolving the issue in the next 20 minutes or so.

    One of the physical servers hosting the service ran out of disk space – preventing the service from proceeding normally. Since then we’ve updated our architecture to capture this earlier & prevent it from happening again.
