    Currently all Flex Load Balancers are disconnecting from the web servers. Our team are working on this and we will update you as soon as possible.

    Our data center had performed urgent maintenance on our Flex Load Balancers. This created configuration issues when attaching another instance to the platform. We have applied an update to the management console to ensure that we now comply with the new Load Balancer system. We are working on a solution to ensure this instant can be prevented in future.
