According to internal monitoring systems, the TRAX Platform performance was intermittent between 1:30 AM - 3:30 AM Tuesday, November 1st. Our Infrastructure team is working closely with our hosting provider to determine the cause for the disruption in service.

Early this morning there was intermittent service for a handful of sites for approximately 15 minutes. The Infrastructure team continues to work closely with our hosting provider to monitor all systems.

Thank you for your patience as our teams worked with our hosting provider. Updates were made to the database server to prevent a similar issue. We are happy to report, early this AM the handful of sites that were affected previously did not experience interrupted service. All sites are performing as expected on the TRAX Platform.
