    This morning, some CaterTrax administrators were experiencing errors when trying to login to the administrative side of the TRAX Platform. The front of house and customer online ordering was not impacted by this incident. These issues were intermittent, impacting a fraction of sites. Our team has mitigated the errors and is continuing to monitor the situation. The login issues have been resolved but if you find you’re are still receiving an error message when trying to log in as an administrator, please contact CaterTrax support at 1 (800) 975-8729.

    At approximately 8 AM this morning our team noticed an issue that was impacting administrators ability to login to the administrative side of the TRAX Platform. At approximately 8:30 AM the team had mitigated the issues and monitored and further investigated the root cause. The team has identified the cause and reported the incident as resolved.
