The TRAX Platform was not functional yesterday (Wednesday) morning from approximately 7:40 AM EDT to 9:30 AM EDT. The TRAX Platform was brought back online at 9:30 AM EDT and has remained operational and stable. This incident is now resolved and the CaterTrax team will continue to monitor our systems to prevent any additional disruptions of service.
