    We are experiencing interruptions and delays in service for small percentage of sites. We are working actively to determine the cause and return normal service levels.

    We have determined the interruptions and delays in service for some of our clients is not our application or our hosting provider, but an issue with internet service providers.     We will continue to monitor the situation with slowness of our sites due to issues with internet service providers across the country. Our Client Support team is reaching out to clients who have submitted tickets and will continue to address concerns. Thank you for continued support and business.

    According to several internal and external monitoring systems, the issue with internet service providers subsided around 6:00 PM EST yesterday evening. Our Client Support team has not received any additional support requests due to the issue from yesterday.
