The TRAX Platform is currently experiencing degraded performance when our clients are navigating between web pages on their site. Some clients may be unable to reach web pages while the issue is under investigation by the Infrastructure team. Please continue to check back for updates as they become available.

The Infrastructure team is continuing to investigate the root cause, but many clients are experiencing normal load times while navigating from one web page to another while logged into the TRAX Platform. We will continue to update the incident as information becomes available.

The Infrastructure team is monitoring the incident experienced this morning by some administrators between 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST. The TRAX Platform is operational. Web pages are currently loading as expected within a few seconds and our client's customers are able to place orders. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and your operation, we understand the importance of accessing order information in order to run your business.

The issue has resolved. We have identified a potential cause of this issue relating to our SQL Server and are looking to mitigate incidences of slow response times. At this time, our team is still looking to diagnose the root cause.
