    Due to internal monitoring this morning we noticed that select gateways are experiencing intermittent disruption in service processing credit card gateways. Clients using Payeezy, Converge, and Vantiv gateways are experiencing issues processing their payments from credit cards. All other aspects of the TRAX Platform is operational. We will update this site as the team investigates the issue. Our Client Support team is available and is fielding inquiries from clients.

    Clients can now process credit cards through Vantiv, Payeeze, and Converge gateways. Our teams will continue to monitor the situation.
