    Jan 24, 09:38 PST Resolved - This has been validated as resolved for new incoming form submissions Jan 24, 09:34 PST Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and is being validated. Jan 24, 09:22 PST Identified - There is an issue with some Carrot Web form submissions being sent to Carrot CRM. Over night there were errors on page load when this issue was hit. Form entries are saved and available in Carrot Web → Forms, but some are not being successfully transferred to Carrot CRM.
