    Some customers may have experienced a brief interruption when accessing Care Control Pocket, Mobile and eMAR at 12:45 - 14:35. This happened following an update. Our team quickly identified the issue, restored the correct setting and services recovered shortly after. All affected services are now operating normally. We have also added further checks to help prevent this happening during future updates. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

    Some customers using older Android devices may have had difficulty accessing Care Control Pocket, Mobile and eMAR at 10:05 - 12:25 This was caused by a behind-the-scenes security update that affected how some older devices connected to our services. Our team identified the issue and applied an update to restore access for those devices. Services are now operating normally.     On 22nd August 2025, some customers on Stacks 1, 3, and 8 experienced a short outage between 09:15 and 09:36 AM due to unexpected network issues on our provider’s shared infrastructure. Services were fully restored once the source of the problem was identified, and steps have since been taken to prevent this from happening again. We’re also reviewing our own systems to make sure we can respond even faster in the future.     As of 16:47, our systems are largely operational, with one exception we’d like to make you aware of: 🔴 Current Issue: Care Control Apps We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the Care Control App system. Our technical team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. ✅ Care Control Cloud Please note that Care Control Cloud is operating normally with no reported issues at this time.
