On 22nd August 2025, some customers on Stacks 1, 3, and 8 experienced a short outage between 09:15 and 09:36 AM due to unexpected network issues on our provider’s shared infrastructure. Services were fully restored once the source of the problem was identified, and steps have since been taken to prevent this from happening again. We’re also reviewing our own systems to make sure we can respond even faster in the future.
