    On April 22, 2026, from 18:29 UTC to 19:01 UTC (32 minutes), Camunda 8 SaaS experienced a login outage caused by an incident at Auth0, our external authentication provider. During this period, new sign-ins to C8 SaaS were not possible for affected users. Existing sessions remained unaffected. The root cause was fully on Auth0's side and outside Camunda's control.
