Our CallFire legacy platform is currently experiencing long agent connect times in the Cloud Call Center dialing. We're working to restore functionality, and will update this incident report shortly.

CallFire Legacy Cloud Call Center did not have any reports of slow agent connection times. However there were instances of slow voice broadcast. A new code base was deployed last night. Active system monitoring continues.
