    CallTower is investigating reports of processes not completing for Operator Connect number management in CallTower Connect. CallTower has opened a master case to investigate this issue as it has been reported by more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services and is currently under investigation. If you are affected, please report the issue to [email protected].

    CallTower Engineers are now seeing Connect provisioning requests for Operator Connect complete successfully. Our testing and customer reports confirm the issue is resolved. CallTower is working with Microsoft to further identify the cause and ensure it doesn’t happen again. CallTower has opened a master case for this issue as it is affecting more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services.     CallTower has continued to monitor the issue affecting the provisioning of Operator Connect numbers in Connect. CallTower has not seen any further occurrences of the issue. We are continuing to work with Microsoft to understand the root cause. CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available and provided to customers upon request.
