CAB Plan incident We are currently experiencing an issue affecting CAB Plan. The SMS service is experiencing degraded performance and SMS that should have been sent are delayed. The sign out job is also affected which means that no presence or work time registrations from yesterday has been automatically completed. To make it correct the technicians need to manually mark the jobs from yesterday as done or paused, and then edit the time for those jobs. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will update status regarding this incident continuously. Kind regards CAB

  2. resolved Oct 06, 2026, 01:20 PM UTC

We have now solved the problem causing the incident affecting CAB Plan and we are monitoring the results of that. We have identified an issue in CAB Plan that has caused some active time registrations created on 2026-10-05 not to be properly closed. Depending on the workshop's settings, CAB Plan normally automatically ends an active time registration when a mechanic’s workday is over. Due to a system error, this has in some cases not occurred, resulting in the registration remaining active longer than the actual working hours. We recommend that all CAB Plan administrators review the time registrations created on 2026-10-05 for their resources in CAB Plan Repair and correct any incorrect registrations as needed. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. Kind regards CAB
