    At 12:28am PST a database upgrade was initiated by our vendor, outside the communicated time window. Our engineering team was alerted and able to deploy a fix at 1:28am PST. After that fix, there was an additional 58 minutes where we saw intermittent issues as our systems came online. We have outlined and begun implementing adjustments to prevent similar issues from happening again.
